I thought the technician was very thorough, and the Dr. explained things to me as he did the exam. The person who handled my picking of glasses and payment was also a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this location to anyone who was looking to get new glasses or contacts. I can't wait to receive my own glasses very soon!

It was easy to make my appointment online the same day. The staff are all friendly & helpful. I felt comfortable and assisted when I left. I ordered safety prescription glasses and regular transition progressive glasses. Looking forward to picking up my order in 2 weeks! This was my first eye exam, but my 3rd pair of glasses purchased at this location. Highly recommended.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful and my doctor was amazinggggg. I get a lot of anxiety seeing doctors and have been putting this appointment off for a while but the doctor and support staff made everything smooth and comfortable for me. The doctor was kind, compassionate and warm. I felt genuinely cared for during my visit and felt she was invested in my eye health and vision. Eye doctors tend to be cold and rushed and motivated by money but my doctor at lens crafters today was a TRUE DOCTOR. I am very grateful for this positive experience and will absolutely be coming back in the future for glasses, contacts and future exams.
