My first bad review.
I went to this vision clinic in 2022, after seeing the high ratings on google maps.
I usually have 2 prescriptions, one for computer, one for distance. The one for computer has been the same for years so I asked them to keep it and they agreed. However, in the prescription issued they flipped the measurement for my left and right eye, and for both computer and distance glasses.
I think this is the most basic thing that they should have done right. For this reason my experience was unpleasant and I don’t recommend this place.

They force you pay co-pay for retinal scan. I don’t want to take retinal scan as its not covered in my insurance.

I had a great experience here! Dr. Leung and her assistant were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They also were very kind and accommodating in taking extra steps to allow me to try on frames while adhering to COVID-19 protocol / mask mandates. I really enjoyed my experience here and have never been more excited for a new pair of glasses!
