This office is very crooked. They charged my card on file multiple times. I called twice and eventually was put in contact with Irma who is apparently the office manager who handles billing. She refused to tell me what each charge was for and refused to email me a breakdown of the multiple charges I received. She also admitted that they keep 0 record of their phone calls received. One of the charges was for a “missed appointment” however I called and cancelled the appointment and also cancelled it through the link they send. Irma simply said that they don’t have record of it and can’t do anything about it. Aside from the terrible customer service, the dr herself is very unprofessional and made unprofessional comments during my visit with her. Super shady, steer clear of this dr office. There are much better options in OC.

She was a fine Doctor, I don't have any real complaints about her. Her staff however is the worse I have dealt with. She is only as good as her front line staff. First of all, they are unable to listen to the patient and make a judgement decision.They are condescending and have a lack of empathy. I missed my appointment because I had severed my hand in an accident and had to have emergency surgery. They refused to reschedule the appointment without my paying a $40 fee for missing an appointment. There is no excuse for this poor service. Not only did they refuse to reschedule the appointment without the $40 fee the man that was answering the phone was rude. She needs an overhaul of her front office staff. I don't care how good she is she is only as caring as the person answering the phone.

dr.agarwal is awesome. She did her tests and really made sure I was okay. She is super straight forward and that’s always the best. Awesome care and service!
