I went here for years and not sure why I didn’t leave earlier. I started going to pearle vision and the experience is such a difference. Lens crafters always charged me for random things without asking me and would give you papers for services that cost more money and not tell you. The lack of honesty and transparency from this place is astounding. I highly recommend going anywhere else.

I’ve been a pats/customer for a few years. Exams are fast and thorough, I like the prescription card you’ve given, it’s handy. When I bought prescription glasses, I got the works and the price was reasonable. Only complaint I is at checkout I was told my bill for visit was $25.00. In 3 visits, never had to pay. I would’ve liked disclosure up front as I know my insurance has paid for item in question in past here and elsewhere. Instead of arguing, I’ll take it up with insurance company.

It was fast and easy to get an appointment! The receptionist were all friendly and very helpful. I only waited about a minute before I was called in back for my eye exam! Dr. Nicole is great! She is super friendly, kind, compassionate, and takes time answering all of your questions and concerns. I asked her to show me different slides again during the eye exam and said i'm sorry and she said there's no need to be sorry! She didn't get annoyed or anything! I would highly recommend anyone coming here for eye services!
