Great experience with the staff. Dr lam found out that my contacts are actually slightly too small for me, so it’s sticking completely to my eyeballs instead of allowing it to breathe. He gave me a new pair to try, and i could instantly tell the difference. Crazy! The staff were also all very helpful and communicative. Really appreciated them!

One star is for the staff, they were nice. The examination room was cluttered with files on the floor and other confidential looking paperwork. There was a continous loud noise of some machine as well, possibly a heater. The doctor did not clean or sanitize any of the equipment and did not wear gloves while completing the exam and there was skin to skin contact. Also, I paid my exam fee before being shown glasses. It seemed weird, strange, and rushed . Then I was requested to leave a good review on Google, but was never asked how I felt about my experience. Everyone on the staff was nice, but I would not repeat.

good eye doctor, actually listened to my concerns about eye strain. she explained things clearly and didnt rush me out the door. wish they took my insurance directly instead of billing out of network.

Dr Lam has been way more thorough than I've ever experienced at an optometrist. I feel really informed and confident that I'm getting exactly the right prescription.

Been a For Eyes customer for years. Dr. Lam contributes to my continued confidence and loyalty to this business. Professional yet friendly and comfortable. Certainly thorough and diligent. I trust his judgment and am secure in the knowledge that I am getting the proper care.

I had my first visit with Dr. Lam this past weekend and it went well. He took his time doing tests I haven't had done before and we discovered a problem I was unaware of despite having glasses for over 25 years. He was great, as were his staff Chris and Reno. Chris helped me pick out glasses and everyone there was extremely nice and caring. All things considered, Dr. Lam is absolutely excellent and his staff are kind, helpful, and overall the team offers an incredible experience. Highly recommended.

I got a great experience with Dr. Lam. He did all exams clearly and professionally. He also answer all my questions and financial concern. Really suggest him and will definitely visit him again next year.

Glasses prescription was wrong, had to go to another optometrist for correct prescription. Unprofessional doctor, blew his nose and threw kneenex on counter during exam, didn’t wash hands. Avoid.

Dr Lam was very generous with his time, helping me with my first pair of contacts. He is very warm!

Dr Lam was incredibly patient and through during my eye exam. He explained details of vision issues, recommended eye care, and helped me transition into wearing my first pair of contact lenses.
