I had my first contact lens appointment with Dr. Hon and while she was polite and efficient while doing the eye tests, when it came to putting in my contacts for the first time she gave me a little run down and left to help other customers. It was at the end of the day and it seemed busy in there. Everyone that I’ve talked to about contacts says that the doctor coached them on how to do it the first time. I was left to figure it out myself. So in conclusion; I personally could have used more help but I did get what I came for. The rest of the staff is very nice and the store is immaculate.

This was our first time coming to this location and ended up coming earlier to the appointment than expected, but I was already checked in and helped by the front desk. I was called back right away and went into my eye exam. I had certain questions about starting contact lenses and my concerns were heard. was able to practice and try on daily contacts. Now I’m leaving with a pack of contacts for home to try, appreciate the staff and team

Space is so clean and nice, was greeted immediately and directed to where I needed to go. Both the eye doctor section and the people helping me with my lenses were so nice and made the process very easy and quick. Doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Will be going back! :)

Doctor gave me 3 different prescriptions. Guess she couldn’t figure out which one I have. Pretty disappointing experience. I had to pay out of pocket at a different doctor for a new prescription.

The doctor has always been very nice, and the place is consistently clean, which I appreciate. Today Alondra helped us with our order for new glasses, and she was great. Since my insurance is honestly the worst, I had to pay out of pocket for both frames and lenses. But they really worked with me — they offered 50% off the lenses and 30% off the frames, which helped more than anything. Grateful for the kindness and the effort to make it affordable.
