My glasses were never right. The prescription was too strong or the lens material wasn't right for me. They did try to order different material and change my prescription as well but i just couldn't wear my glasses. I tried to ask for a refund and of course the tech said they aren't going to do that. Take your hard earned money elsewhere and go to an optometrist that actually takes the time and guarantees their work.

Went here as a new customer staff very friendly and helpful. I am rating two stars because I’ve been wearing glasses since I was a toddler and I’ve never had my prescription wrong....until now. The situation is being took care of no charge to me. I feel like I should have been a priority because of this mess up and the very bad headaches I am having. So just make sure your prescription is correct and even ask to read the vision board before you leave something I should have asked. I was seen by the female doctor as well as my fiancé who she told that he didn’t need his glasses to drive but definitely does.

Staff is awesome. I took my mom there because she hasn't like her previous eye dr. Dr.Marra was great with her. He even referred her to a great eye surgeon to have her cataract removed. My mom was very scared to have it done but it was a success!
