LONG wait times. He accepts walk-ins which throws him behind with booked appointments. If you complain, he is rude.

Makes patients wait for hours. Outwardly abuses work staff. Made an employee cry right in front of customers. Slams doors and generally acts unprofessional. I hope his employees find better work soon.

I'm 31 and I have been seeing Dr. Trott since 2nd grade. He is wonderful! Would not go anywhere else.
