I wouldn’t let any other doctor near my face! Dr. Stefanyszyn is so talented, professional, and compassionate! I’ve been seeing her for more than a decade, and she has taken such good care of my eyes all through my Graves’ journey. Her staff is also very professional and caring. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

My sister’s experience here was very disappointing. The front desk staff came across as unhelpful and irritable, which made the process more stressful. She had to reschedule her eye surgery twice due to undergoing treatment for breast cancer and managing extensive medical appointments. Unfortunately, instead of showing understanding and compassion during a very difficult time, the doctor dismissed her as a patient altogether. She ended up seeking care elsewhere and finally received the treatment she needed. Medical care should be delivered with empathy, especially to patients facing serious health challenges. A little compassion would have gone a long way. Sometimes you just don’t know what someone is going thru . Hopefully the doctor won’t have cancer one day and be shoved around and dismissed if she can’t make an appointment . Stay away cold miserable doctor and people there !

No one cares more abt her patients than DR. STEF. Her assistants are also helpful in everyway. Don't hesitate to see her if you have eye issues.

Extremely bad service by the front desk, zero patience even though I came early morning , she thinks that patients should know what she knows. Front desk staff are the face of the doctor , if they aren’t patient and kind with patients then nobody will last to see the doctor

Dt Stef is so talented and knowledgable. I have recommended her to several friends and acquaintances and all were thrilled with their results. She helped them resolve problems that other doctors they previously consulted said they would have to live with.

The Person in charge of making the appointments for this doctor, her name Susan is very nasty and not willing to help or do her job correctly. Already past due a year and change for reconstruction of orbital eye and she just made it 10x's worst. I do not have time to be wasting and she is def wasting my time. Horrible service and very much lack of communication!!!!

I developed graves disease from hyperthyroidism. It was a long road for me to even have a procedure from Dr Mary. But I have to say in the three years that I have been seeing her her since my first major surgery by her has been an absolute pleasure. She is so very personable, and she explains everything that she's doing and makes you feel so at ease. And now, instead of my eyes bulging out of my head I feel back to my own self. Her and her staff are amazing. I have personally recommended her to a friend and she has nothing but good things to say and also is extremely satisfied. I started going to Dr. Mary about 2 years ago. I was so self-conscious about my eyes for over 7yrs due to them always being so puffy all the time and I didn't know what else to do, then I met Dr. Mary through a friend who has the same problems as me. I tried different dr. offices and treatments and nothing ever worked over the years. Dr. Mary proved me wrong. Her work is Immaculate. She is an amazing Dr. who shows that she really cares. She is very patient and understanding. I am so grateful to have met Dr. Mary. I love the results of my eyes now and its all thanks to her.

She first treated me 15 years ago. I had MRSA that got into my eyes. She had to do eyelid lifts so I could see. Great work very natural looking. One of the eyes is dropping again. Just saw her again. She is so caring and works with you for a great outcome. I didn’t want surgery again so she temporarily corrected the problem with Botox. Only problem not covered by insurance. Great doctor.
