This office staff are rude! Dr. Mary Cheng is very unprofessional, sarcastic & RUDE!!! Waited for glasses for over 4 months. No calls or updates. They still wanted the full balance paid for what??? The staff has seemed to have Picked up on her attitude, job well done Dr. Also, nobody ever answers the phone & there is no voicemail to leave a message! Never again. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Disgusting someone is getting paid for this kind of service! Target Optometrist is 💯 % better. Patient, calm, the the Dr. Is great!! Does his job! My glasses are broken already one day! From Dr. Cheng! Ridiculous! I don’t want to go back!

Dr Cheng demonstrates a high level of responsibility for her work, treating her patients with care and dedication in performing her duties. Dr Cheng work closely with the staffs to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. Good service.
