Dr. Bhakta was very thorough and answered all my 5000 questions. I appreciated it. Kristina was also very patient and amazing at picking out glasses that would match my face and my personal style. Here, we are treated like family. We love Dr. Bhakta and really glad we found her a year ago. I had one of my best medical experiences ever getting fitted for SCLERAL lenses with Dr. B and her team. Dr. Bahkta is smart, friendly, talented and conscientious. Her final fitting took me from legally blind to 20-20 vision! But the Dr. is only part of the story. Her staff is tremendous. Every time I walked through the door they said, "Welcome back, Ron!" and all my appointments happened on time as scheduled. Where my last doctor said they couldn't help me with insurance reimbursement, Stratford managed the full insurance submission and got the lenses covered 100%! UPDATE: I have been seeing Dr B for years now and I can confirm she is consistently diligent, smart and kind in her approach. I would rate her as the best I have seen. Her staff is amazing and the thing that really stuck out was how well they work as a team. They are well organized and friendly. I never had a visit that didn’t start on time. They do an amazing job with insurance as well!

Let me start by thanking everyone for the nice accommodation given me. The receptionist at the front office was nice as well as the employee who pre tested my eyes. To my surprise, I was attended to by Dr. Bhakta herself. She was compassionate and very accommodating. I found a good optometrist. Highly recommended.

The doctor, the receptionist the whole facility get an A+ plus plus plus. These are the kindest ladies you’re ever gonna meet. The doctor is so knowledgeable about everything she is doing and explains it in English to where a person like me can understand it . I’m glad God put them in my life.

I've really enjoyed my visits to this office. The receptionist (Kristina) is extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. She and Dr. Bhakta are so patient with you even if you have a lot of questions. They make sure you're comfortable during your appointment! Their selection of glasses is also kept relatively up-to-date and I always like looking and trying them on. They have very stylish and cute frames! If you're trying on a pair, don't be afraid to ask for the staff's opinion either. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for eye care.
