I refuse to schedule because I can’t even get past the receptionist. I have worked reception and customer service for years and the way that I was spoken to today and the way that I was treated today over the phone was ABSOLUTELY uncalled for. The receptionist was extremely combative, making little remarks and quips back at me every time I said something. I have NEVER ended a call so ANGRY before! Like EVER!

I just went through catarac surgery with Dr.Sumsions. i was scared thinking about this procedure being done to my eyes. From staff to the doctor it was one of the best experiences i have ever had.
