I had a very disappointing experience here. I was charged through my eye insurance for contact lenses I never received. The doctor never disclosed that I’d be billed for “trial” or “try-on” contacts. When I questioned the charges, there was no clear explanation. On top of that, I witnessed the doctor yelling at staff, and one of the employees even mentioned that the office was a scam, which was extremely concerning. This place needs to be looked into for unethical practices. I would strongly advise others to review their billing carefully and consider going elsewhere.

Really seemed to know his stuff, goes over everything thoroughly with you!!! Gets to the bottom of your vision problems quickly!

I just saw Dr. Michael Bernstein at target college point optometrist office. Dr Michael Bernstein's bedside manner is compared to non! He is very knowledgeable and understanding. He is very is thorough. His staff, Melanie and Carolina are amazing. I highly recommend his office
