I went to this clinic to check my eyes in order to get contact lenses. The new doctor (not the honorable Dr. Feinstein) got my exam done under 15 minutes. It was the fastest eye exam I’ve ever had. When I was in college, the optometry school would spend an hour on me to make sure everything is correct. I knew this one is too fast to be good. Indeed, my eyes got sore and my vision became blurred after I used the prescription from this clinic. I had to spend extra money to find a real and professional doctor to correct the mistake (both eyes were off).

I left several messages to ask for an appointment as new patient, however, the secretary never got back to me. More recently I was able to speak with the secretary who had an extremely complacent and overall negative disposition to provide any option for scheduling an appointment. Overall, I was unable to become a patient of Dr. Feinstein because his secretary's negative attitude.
