It’s sincerely appreciated for Dr. Cynthia Huang (one of Dr. Michael Gagnon’s staff D.O.) treatment for my Hordeolum condition on 6/24/2025. Dr. Huang provided excellent exam, diagnostic, explanation and recommendations for my condition. Dr. Huang listened attentively for all my various concerns and questions, and provided excellent answers in details clearly. It’s kind of a big relief for me after seeing Dr. Huang. It’s a very good learning process for me. Thanks again, Dr. Huang. I would also like to thank the front desk staff for her help and support for the urgent-tagged referral from my family Dr. (PCP) on 6/23/25, so the appointment to see Dr. Huang can be scheduled on the very next day (within 24 hours).

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Swamynathan takes her time and explains every thing that is being done. She has very good bedside manners and does not brush you off or rush you.

Dr Gagnon and Dr Yeong are extremely thorough and patient. Although it was the end of a long day, the Drs ordered 2 more tests which revealed increased macular degeneration. We spent extra time discussing a plan to address the findings. So glad we did the extra tests. Much love and hugs to 2 very special people.

They will waste your money on unnecessary tests, will upsell you whenever they can, make you come for more appointments than needed, and be shady about what your appointment will actually cover. Obvious money suckers. They asked for feedback and I gave it to them and then say said they won’t work with me. Don’t ask for feedback if you are too precious to hear it. Incredibly rude. But glad they doubled down on their true colors so I didn’t waste more time with these clowns.

I had the new Bausch and Lomb ENVY IOL placed in my right eye by Dr. Gagnon in March, ‘26. He and his staff were very thorough with respect to testing and evaluating my eyes. I can also say that Dr. Gagnon was engaging and personable before, during and after the process. The surgery was very efficient with zero complications and amazing results! I have 20/20 vision from ~5ft to infinity!! I am going back to have the cataracts removed from my left eye.

He is the best!!!! very knowledgeable and through.
