It takes forever to be seen by the doctor. I had an appointment at 10 am and still hadn’t been seen by the doctor, it was 12pm now. They seem to overbook appointments back-to-back and don’t care about the patients waiting in the lobby. This place is not recommended for young patients—only for elderly patients who need a Vietnamese-speaking provider.

The clinic was negligent. I went for my appointment at 11:30 am on Wednesday. After the examination, I was asked which pharmacy to send my prescription to, and I said Nhan Hoa Pharmacy. I went there and called the pharmacy four times, but …

This place is filthy. A/C must not work here, because it is hot as hell. Place is very unorganized. Employees just showed up in pajama pants, no scrubs. Whole place seems pretty sketch.

Absolutely horrible place, we had an appointment at 12 and am still here at 6. Have not even been called and wasted the entire day here because of the horrible planning. If you’re recommended here by your physician immediately ask for another place. Ridiculously hot inside, good luck.
