Dr.Lam and her team is very helpful and informative. I came in for a checkup and received my new prescription glasses within a week. I also told the Dr. about my dry eyes and Dr. Lam performed different test to show and explain to why I am experiencing dry eye symptoms. Overall, I am very happy with my new pair of glasses and already have improvement with my dry eyes.

I have seen Dr Lam for many years. She helped me with my keratoconus disease and helped me with my sclera contacts. My whole family comes to see her. I will continue to come into her office for many more years.

Dr. Lam is very nice and helped explain to me what was going on with my eyes. I have gone to different eye doctors before and I’m happy with the way they treated me and helped me picked out the ideal pair of glasses for what I was looking for. They have very fashionable styles and I was given a good price for everything I requested to be added on. My glasses were ready for pickup exactly one week later. Appointment times do not exist here. My appointment was at 2:30 and I still had to wait 45 min to be seen.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE I'm not sure about all these reviews but do believe them to be fake. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Our appointment was at 11:30am After waiting an hour at 12:30 I ask what was going on and how much longer it would be and the Dr had the audacity to say I don't like to be rushed I advised her our appointment was an hour ago and the exam hadnt even started. I also advised my son gets out of school at 1:50. Thinking scheduling an appoint an 2 1/2 hours prior to my son getting out of school would be enough time to be seen. She proceeded to say you can reschedule your appointment not once did she apologize or mention to be with me soon. I advise we can WAIT longer but have to be out by 150. Again she said I don't like to be rushed I advised I'm not rushing but if we reschedule how much Time in advance should I schedule the appointment to be seen. She said it varies so I said okay how much longer will it be to start the exam, again she said I don't know. While sitting trying to makes sales on glass frames that I believe her employees should be doing she seemed more interested on selling her glasses and frames then the actual exam NOT TO MENTION SHE HAD ANOTHER PERSON WAITING WHO'S APPOINTMENT WAS AT 12 AND IT WAS 1230 AND SHE STILL HADNT SEEN HER 1130 EXAM. I WILL NEVER GO BACK NOT ONLY DID SHE HAVE BAD SERVICE BUT WAS SO RUDE TO HER CUSTOMERS. It's just to bad people like this treat their customers this way. If you do go here be ready to be husseled on the sales of your frames because that seemed to take priority over people waiting to be seen.

Personally, I would not recommend this O.D. with my PPO-HMO insurance. I could be am an outlier with the services and prescription eyewear I received from this in-network provider...

This is a great place to have your children eyes check. They helped me with my children eyes on spotting something that the other places did not tell me about or lack of informing me, but here they were able to check their eyes in better ways. This location is a great place . I highly recommend it. They'll always text you to remind you or if by any chance you have forgotten and have to change the time.

Dr.Mylinh Lam and staff are amazing super friendly and very responsive. I’ve been bringing my daughter here for a little over a year and every visit is great. They answer all your questions and actually care about their patients. Definitely recommend.
