I have been going to this office for over 40 years! Dr. Sorrell was the doctor when I began. I have in the past referred many people to this office. I go there every year and have purchased glasses and contacs every year until 2022. I partially retired and my insurance changed. I called today to see if they could assist me in obtaining 1 contac (my contacs are on back order from another company and I don't have any for my right eye..plus I don't have glasses for backup) and was told I would have to get an eye exam and order contacs from them...otherwise they cannot help me!! I have already had an exam this year! I asked if my other years that I have been going there meant anything and Jessica said I guess NOT!! This is very disappointing. I have referred many people to this office!! Unbelievable!!! Do not go there...because they will NOT help you when you need it the most!! Many of my family members go here as well...guess loyalty means nothing anymore!! Sad!!
