Dr. Sinchai did my cataract surgery in 02/22. Loved the whole staff. Professional, kind. I had a bad cataract surgery 7 years ago with another provider. Nightmare experience. Nothing was explained to me....not my options....nothing. Dr. Sinchai was exactly the opposite. Everything was explained to me upfront. My options, my costs. In writing. The day of the procedure went so smoothly. I was so nervous. The anesthesiologist, surgical nurse, Dr. Sinchai....all were amazing. They worked together as a team like clockwork. Personal phone call from Dr. Sinchai the next day to see how I was doing. He is now my go to eye doctor. Can't say enough good things about him.....

I recently moved to Orange after having cataract surgery and noticed my left eye was very blurry & I had pain above it. I ended up at Dr. Sinchai's office and had no appointment but they got me in and the Dr. said I might have an infection so he immediately sent me to see a specialist who took excellent care of me. I'm so thankful to Dr. Sinchai for taking such good care of me in referring me because I did have a severe diagnosis but was helped in time!

So the billing scam continues, I had to call 7 times and leave 3 voicemails to discuss the bill I should not have been charged for. And now, because they read my reviews, they said are not willing to work with me. They want me to take down my reviews to remove the bill. I am actually happy to do so, if they right the wrong, but they need to do what is right first. I also asked them to produce whatever documentation they had to show I signed up for the appointment in the first place and they could not. I asked the Dr. to call me to discuss, so well see.
