I called at 9:30 am and I was told to come in at 3 pm. When I arrived I was told that the doctor did not come in today. When I asked to make another appointment they took my insurance and was told “he wouldn’t have taken you anyways. He doesn’t like taking private insurance because he doesn’t get paid. He accepts Medicare”

This man is absolutely rude, demanding, and acts like he’s better than people by the way he talks to them. It’s no wonder that he obviously closed his practice in Dallas and moved to Brownsville where I guess he thinks he can treat people like they are lesser than him. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
