Before seeing the doctor I dealt with 2 other people, both of whom were pleasant and very good at their jobs. Dr. McDonald listened carefully and took her time, despite it being a very busy day.

The technician who conducted my preliminary exam was very thorough and professional. Dr. McDonald completed my exam. She spoke at an appropriate volume so that I could understand her. Dr. McDonald was very thorough and efficient.
