The 1 star review is well deserved. I called and they said they take my insurance. But once I arrived they said I have to pay out of pocket. She said it doesn't cover. I just have an eye infection. Other optometrist cover these kind of visits. They just want you to come in and say something else so you have to pay. Avoid them!

Nice Optometrist. I have been his client for many years. Each time I ser him for my eyes examination, he would take his time to thoroughly perform tests for me. He also gives honest advice on eyes care.

Good service. Honest and thorough. I bought a pair of Gucci frames that broke and it was replaced with no issue. I would recommend him.

Me and my dad have been going there for many years. Dr Nguyen is a real good Optometrist and very nice. Cristine the manager is very nice, knowledgeable and professional and so is her assistant Jihan. They have real nice glasses to pick from and good prices. I highly recommend them.

The office lady was nice but the other assistant was kind of cold and rude. The doctor has a very strong Vietnamese accent and he is very arrogant, also rude and unprofessional. During my eye exam, the doctor kept showing me the similar images between red and green and asking the same questions, then he suddenly recommended the contact lens. When I asked for more information on it, he did not answer, then suddenly stood up and violently squirted some liquid into my eyes. Getting nervous, I asked him what it was, he said it's just water but it took me two days to completely clean the yellow color off. For any questions I asked, he replied with a silence and moved his chair back and forth angrily. He never looked at me directly when he talked, as if he was reading his text book out loud, so I just let him talk for not making him aggressive. At the end, I have realized it he pretends to be angry to cover up his knowledge lacking and to stop me from asking more questions he did not know the answers. It's too bad, I wish he could be more honest by saying he did not know or not sure. Will definitely not coming back, and I feel sorry for him that he needs to act this way to hide his inability of being a real doctor.

I came with my mom to check her eyes but this Doctor, PHONG NGUYEN. Not a good dr to talk to, Coz when he says something i had to translate it to my mom for her to understand coz my mom don't really understand English. But this Dr. gave us attitude like he has low temper coz my mom can't follow him until I translate it to her. Pls improve your attitude coz you are a doctor we suppose to feel good and Safe but no, we feel uncomfortable with him.

We were in an emergency for a hard contact lens plunger and no other Optometrist nearby had any in stock. We called and confirmed that Dr. Phong had one in stock. We arrived and the secretary was extremely nice and kind. Even though this wasn't our optometrist nor did we have an appointment, we can tell that this place was a caring, honest and kind-hearted place. We definitely will be coming here for our next visit.
