Very clean place and all covid 19 precautions were well observed. Front desk staff is a very courteous and professional lady who is very friendly and well mannered . After doing paperwork was seen by the doctor within a few minutes. Doctor is well kmowledged and listened and took care of my issue. Definitely recommend this place!!

Terrible service. Doctor is nice however his receptionist is terrible to deal with. I made an appointment for 11am and when i went there i was waiting over an hour. The issue is not the wait time but rather the receptionists attitude. I politely asked how long more i had to wait and she snapped back in a matter of fact/condescending tone that “this is a medical office and you should expect to wait a long time”. I told her that if the wait was over an hour why did she schedule the appointment at 11am and she had the same response. I told her if thats the case and we have to wait over an hour every time then she can tell the doctor that he has lost a patient. She didn’t seem to care and said okay.

Excellent doctor and front desk reception. Also the waiting area is very comfortable with nice sofas. This is one of the best doctor experiences I’ve had for my grandma. They were very thorough and gave my grandma proper assessment and care. I have had lots of issues with other doctors office so I was pleasantly surprised how good they are. The doctor is an actual eye doctor and this is not an eye glasses store. I wish I had known about them sooner. I myself will also get my annual check up with them going forward.

Why no is answering the phone? Its been a year no one is answering. Is the phone number still accurate thats listed?

Not a true professional staff. As a senior citizen with medicare part A and Part B and a supplemental plan from United Healthcare. It was inadequate to fulfill their needs. . No doctor should be allowed to refuse recognized health coverage.

Excellent Medical office. Nice Doctor, helpful and polite staff . I know this Doctor since 2 years , He is a best doctor. The receptionist is also very Nice. I Highly recomment this doctor .

My husband and I visited Dr. Muhammad's office for a checkup on an eye injury. Dr. Muhammad is efficient, professional, kind and very thorough. His staff are also very attentive, patient and gentle with their clients. He is a gem in his community. We are happy to have patronized his business. Thank you.
