Arrived within the 10 minute grace period, and had to wait several minutes before getting checked in due to the receptionist helping someone else. By the time I was ready to check in, it was 16 mins past the appointment time. The receptionist stated the doctor wouldn't see me and completely disregarded my time and wasn't helpful. With this being my first visit, the unprofessionalism displayed made it my last. I've never been to an appointment and been told if I'm late again I'll be declined from ever being seen again. For years we have been patients of Dr Randy Brown. We love Dr Brown he always is thorough with his exams and cares about his patients. He always goes the extra mile towards our care. His staff is great too. Thanks Dr Brown !

I’m new to the area called Dr Brown ( recommendation from a neighbor) and they got me in the same day and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. I was treated and very grateful for the quick visit and care I received.
