Arrived within the 10 minute grace period, and had to wait several minutes before getting checked in due to the receptionist helping someone else. By the time I was ready to check in, it was 16 mins past the appointment time. The receptionist stated the doctor wouldn't see me and completely disregarded my time and wasn't helpful. With this being my first visit, the unprofessionalism displayed made it my last. I've never been to an appointment and been told if I'm late again I'll be declined from ever being seen again. The worst! Thanks for nothing Dr. Randy brown
