My first time visiting Barranca Optometry was 25 years ago. I saw Dr. Raymon Huang for many years until we moved to Northern California. During that time, he prescribed several pairs of glasses for me that were far better than any I received from other optometrists—one even reversed my left and right eye prescriptions! After we moved back to Irvine, I returned to Dr. Huang. He spent almost two hours carefully examining my eyes and diagnosed me with dry eye caused by Meibomian gland dysfunction. He was the first optometrist to ever explain this to me. He and Pam then instructed me on how to use a dry eye heat pad to warm my eyelids and massage them with my fingertips to loosen the oil at home. I bought the heat pad from his office, and I warm my eyelids twice a day; it feels so comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Huang to other patients! Thanks, Dr. Huang and Pam!
