She was absolutely amazing! She took care of my 10 year old son who is on the spectrum so well. Her as well as the nurse before her. Such a great experience! She’s knowledgeable and professional but also warm which makes all of the difference.

Eye Care Physicians and Surgeons is the best! Dr. Chung listened well and the explained my condition to me, which is the first time it had been explained at all, and she did a good job of it. The rest of the staff did an awesome job too, and helped me feel at ease even with dilated eyes, etc.

For various reasons I haven’t had my eyes checked for several years. It was a good visit. Excellent, professional care. And good news that my eyes are in good health. Plus a prescription for new Lebanese’s which I knew I needed. Good care by all staff.

I had an 8 am appointment, out by 9 am. Remember sun glasses if you get your eyes dilated. Rebecca Chung is thorough and answers questions. I recommend morning appointments for a diabetic exam. Evening lights can be hard to deal with. Plenty of parking.

Dr. Chung is an excellent, down to earth, intelligent and highly experienced eye doctor. She respectfully responded to every question I had; she thoughtfully and clearly provided insight and opinions based on experience and expertise. Her easy manner shined through even with a busy schedule. As stated, I found her impressive on my first visit. 👍🏻

Dr Chung did my annual eye exam. She was courteous, friendly, and explained my results clearly. I felt comfortable with her and highly recommend her.

I was called into office after ten minutes which is fine to me. The assistant was very nice, professional and efficient. Dr. Chung is professional and helpful, reliable and thorough in her diagnostic analysis. She walked me through what she felt was the best option and then why she wanted to wait until homeostasis within my eyes. And possible scenarios after. I enjoyed seeing her and like her advice.

Rebecca Chung and staff were very professional and kind and funny when I went in for my medical eye exam. I had an emergency visit, and the news was not great news, but they explained every step of the process and thoroughly explained my issue. Rebecca is super personable, and I felt very comfortable with her “bedside manner” and communication. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service from her as well as her assistant. They were very informative about what is going on with my eyes and eased my concerns. She also asked me to schedule a follow up appointment for this Friday before the weekend to make sure things are working out as they should. I have been coming to Eye Care & Physicians for many years now, and I’ve always had a very pleasant experience. Today, however was not the same. I stood at the front waiting to be checked in for a few minutes…I was the only person there at the time with 3 staff at the front. I got in to the exam room not too long after my appointment time. The assistant, I’m so mad that I can’t remember her name…(she is an Oregon State alumni) was very pleasant and friendly. I saw Rebeca Chung for my eye exam, and all was well. I was told about my patient portion for the visit, and was directed to go to the lobby and wait to be called to pay co pay. I stood there at the front desk for over 5 minutes while 4 of the front office staff sat and talked about their first car, not once looking up to see that I was standing there waiting. Finally a staff member from the optic department noticed me standing there and asked if I had been helped. I told her that I was directed to stand here and wait to be called, she looked confused and asked if I had an appointment. I told her that I had my appointment and that I thought I needed to pay for my co pay. She looked down and saw my checkout paper and handed it to one of the receptionist. Not once did the person working with me at the front look at me or smile. It was the most awkward interaction I have ever had. I also work in the health care field, and would feel terrible if someone who was coming to my office had this same experience. I hope that this review is seen and helps to improve the front office.

As a new patient, I was very pleased with the entire experience. I registered online so check-in was seamless. I didn't have to wait to be seen.
