Front desk staff are great and were always welcoming. Initial contact lens exam was great and Dr. Schmidt was nice, welcoming, and very professional. However, when I had to come back in because of issues with my trial lenses and because my astigmatism correction wasn’t right, it was like he did a 180 and was very short and seemed irritated that he needed to fix the problem or make adjustments. Problems with finding the right contacts or astigmatism correction are extremely common and the patient shouldn’t be made to feel like it is their fault for why a contact lens isn’t working.

Dr. Roth and her staff were excellent. They were compassionate, caring and understanding. Dr. Roth provided optimal care, answered all my questions patiently. Will keep following with them.

Dr Roth is the best! Always on point, professional and thorough. She knows my kids by name and remembers things we’ve told her over the years about our family. Our kids are very comfortable with her and have grown up under her care.
