Seconds before I was to be taken to cataract surgery on my left eye, on Feb. 7, '24, I was nervous and waiting. He stopped by and said good afternoon. I started asking him a question about the eye drops about my previous right eye surgery.
For some unknown reason he quickly turned around, raised his hand and brought it down fast as a gesture of disapproval and dismissal and left.
This, coming from a professional at a critical moment that has affected me deeply has kept me wondering what I had done to deserve this rudeness from my medical professional.
