I took my daughter to this office to visit Dr. Ora and she did such a good job with my child. I was so impressed with how patient she was and how she explained everything so well to me. Everyone in the office is super helpful and super sweet. I really appreciate everything you did for my child. I feel so comfortable at home visiting this office. Everything was super clean and done in a timely fashion will definitely be back.

What a fantastic experience. Dr. Bradley Richlin was so great, he explained everything very clearly. His assistants were very friendly and something very important to me is the office staff was FANTASTIC. Sometimes you can find a great doctor and if the office staff is not pleasant that is a deal breaker for me regardless how much I like the Doctor. See you in 2024. Thank you.

The practice is very clean and efficient and the doctor was lovely. The reason for the star deduction is that it feels very much like a non personal business. For example, there is little education about your eye health and change in prescription unless you ask specific questions. They also rush you through reviewing the forms when you check in and seem annoyed when you ask any slight questions about the retinal scan which is an additional payment etc. Also when you check out, they don't automatically give you a copy of your prescription unless you ask. I feel like that should be an automatic thing to also let you know where it now is. Just felt very impersonal and all about getting the payment.
