Originally went in to get glasses and contacts. I’ve never worn contacts before and Maddi sat with me for 30 minutes instructing & encouraging me- trying different sizes, giving insider tips, tricks of the trade- pretty sure she prayed for me at one point…. I left not being able to actually get one to stick on my eyeball but she never lost her patience and told me it happens all the time & even gave me some to take home to practice with and encouraged me to come back if I got the hang of it. I almost want to do it just to make her proud of me! Well, that and I’d really like to try colored contacts someday. Maddi was an absolute doll & the rest of the staff was great too! Oh, & I love my glasses🤓

I absolutely love taking my family here! Great staff, Great environment. Karen Helped me out so much with being Bilingual.. She will deff take care of any bilingual needs! she was absolutely great help and very patient with my grandma picking her frames out.. also super sweet and friendly 😊 Great Place!

Picked up my eyeglasses today at the Harvard location and I had a great experience. I was welcomed by smiling front desk members and continued to be helped by the optician Katey. She took her time fitting my glasses and going over with me how my lenses and warranty’s work. Nicest staff ever!
