First and last time I go to that "office" everything was dirty and messy, but beyond that the "doctor" is rude, that day I had gone with my 3 children, and when I filled out the application x error I put a number Badly, when the "dr" asked for that number, I told him that he had confused me, to which he responded --It might be because you have many children__
I honestly don't recommend this place.
