Dr. Ron Margolis consistently schedules too many patients at one time and his staff consistently gives the same excuse..."he is on call but the wait is not too long." Professional and polite requests to be sensitive to his patients' time as well as their caregivers has not impacted Dr. Ron Margolis' operation. So if you want good eyecare.. Retina Consultants seems to be the monopoly in the Hartford area... If you want your time respected in a professional manner DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME (literally) with Dr. Ron Margolis.

He was able to explain my diagnosis in a very simple and straight way but with all the empathy that somebody in the medical field needs. I felt very safe and confident with the treatment he advised. Dr Margolis is thorough and explains everything clearly. The office is busy but efficiently moves patients from test to test before seeing the Dr. for the consult. Plan on 1-2 hours if you’re having a full exam and scans.
