The whole process went very smooth, from checking in to checking out! Everyone was super nice and seemed very happy and eager to help me and all the other customers! Dr. Ross was amazing! Absolutely the most thorough eye exam I have ever had in 64 years. My daughter and her husband and 3 sons go here and I’m privileged to be a new patient of Dr. Roby’s. The staff are so kind, caring and knowledgeable and just fun to be around. Dr. Toby is so professional and explains things to me. And I am one who likes to know “why ?” She took the time to answer all my questions and I never felt “rushed”. I will never go anywhere else for an eye exam.
