Dr. Ramirez, MD is a very skilled provider who strives for perfection. He performed cataract surgery for me and from the first consultation until the current ongoing care, he and his staff have been exemplary in educating me, explaining the rationale why they do as they do and in itemizing my personal financial commitment. Amazing doctor best GI in El Paso and Ive seen two others before. Been with Doctor Ramirez for 4 years now and he keeps being sympathetic, empathetic, knowledgeable, and caring. Yeah hes always busy but he is always there when you need him. Office staff needs a bit of organization but thats the only small flaw this practice has

Dr. R. Ramirez, the eye specialist, to be clear, was very rude and moody. He has terrible rapport with patients. It seems like ALL he is interested in is money and making more of it by charging for everything and trying to sell you his products. He was much nicer when he first started. Now he acts like a jerk with his patients. It is a shame he has changed. I will look for a new eye doctor.
