I took off and drove 2 of my kids for appointments which I confirmed 2x. After I drove half hour and looked for parking for another half hour and called them to ask about parking they said. Oh our answering team didn't know that we don't take your insurance so of you come in it will be 200 a kid. They did not try calling to tell me about this...
