Everyone was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I had some more atypical questions but they were eventually able to answer them all. Melissa up front was great and very helpful and Dr. Fullen was attentive and thorough. The only issue was 4 that the prices were somewhat higher than our old optometrist's, but everything else was great. ... just returned for a new checkup and Dr. Fullen is fantastic. He helped with problems that my ophthalmologist couldn't figure out after months. It is clear he is very knowledgeable and he cares about his patients. I would recommend them highly.

Dr Fullen was phenomenal. The whole staff was quick and professional and I felt like I had a quality exam. The entire exam took about half an hour and Dr Fullen’s interaction with my 9 year old daughter was so fun. I will be bringing both of my kids to come see him. The selection of glasses was wonderful and the woman helping me made the process of choosing so quick and easy.

From the time I scheduled my appointment until the time I exited the office, I was nothing short of impressed. The exremely polite staff knew my insurance coverages, offered honest (and kind) feedback on eyewear selections and did not try to oversell options. Dr Fullen was extremely knowledgable and took his time walking through my history and well as where I want to be in the long term. I will continue to visit Dr. Fullen and his staff in the future.

Dr Fullen and the staff are hands down the best eye care team in the Summerville area. I leave there comfortably knowing I had the best eye exam for my money. They have a wide variety of eye glass frames and are up to date with the latest technology in lenses. It’s a pleasure doing business with Pearl Vision in Summerville.

The staff is always so friendly and personable here! I never feel rushed. Dr. Fullen takes his time and explains everything in a calm, easy to understand manner, and is just as friendly as his staff. The office is clean, and theselection of frames is great. You can ask for an opinion on which frames look best on you without worrying they’re going to try to sell you the most expensive pair just because it’s the most expensive. Highly recommend!

I went in expecting to get a prescription for driving and ended up being alerted to a more serious issue with my left eye, thanks to Dr. Ryan Fullen. He was very professional personable and friendly, and explained my issue in detail in an understandable way that allowed me to make the best decision going forward for my eyesight. I’m very grateful for his efforts and will continue to use his services as I progress through my Healthcare journey. The gentleman who did my initial intake was easy to talk to and very clear with directions on how to use the machines. Dr. Fullen explained what he was looking for in the images they took of my eyes. Keisha (sorry if I misspelled!) Did a stellar job helping me pick out glasses that fit my facial features and personality. She also factored in what the frame would realistically look like with my prescription. I am looking forward to picking up my glasses in a few weeks!

Awesome experience and professional service from diagnosis of potentially serious eye issue through surgical process and finally to getting glasses to improve vision. My eye doctor was wonderful now the part that was supposed to be looking inside my eye in this white little square box I was standing up, which I was supposed to be standing up the last time I believe I’m sitting down in a chair. It was a few years ago, but it was a lot easier to do that when sitting down then it was standing up., Had this guy was being awfully odd and rude at the same time kept asking me why can’t I open my eye when your eyes open? I just couldn’t position my eye in there to see the blue box turned green. Everything else is awesome.

Excellent doctor with a caring personality! Highly recommend to everyone. He didn't rush through the exam like most doctors do now. He also explained everything with thoroughness and made great recommendations on what to do to help prevent macular degeneration since was one of my concerns being a family member had it.
