Very competent and caring glaucoma specialist! (4 years ago) Update 9/2023 office staff different crew were very kind and awesome. This was my shortest office visit here yet. As usual Dr. Hafeez is very kind, caring, and explains everything.

Dr. Hafeez is a wonderful doctor. He's very professional and explains everything everything he's doing. Great bedside manners only. The only thing that the clinic needs to work on is time. If you get scheduled at 8:30am you get out at around 11:15am. That,is so wrong.

Awesome doctor but his staff, not so much. As I do believe that your staff is a reflection of you, I have to leave this rating. Your “biller” from your office that called me is very rude and disrespectful. She called me on today, 09/27/2018, after I’ve left a voicemail for the past 3 days with no response. When I picked up the phone she never said hello/hi/good morning, NOTHING! She did not acknowledge where she was calling from or her name either. Rude!! She called me, was very rude and yelling at me for no reason, and hung up on me. Your office demanded that I pay a copay of $25 when I was not supposed to in July and now they are getting attitudes to refund me my money back! I ask her to contact my insurance to verify my benefits and she stated “No you have your insurance call us” and hung up, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISTASTEFUL! After this rude call from your biller, my insurance called and spoke with her and she claims that the person who is responsible for sending out payment is out until October 8. Please make sure that my $25 is refunded back to me by October 8. Also, please remove that follow up appointment I had with the doctor as I WILL NEVER return back due to this unacceptable behavior. I will make sure to spread the word about the treatment I received! P.S. the first time I came to your office I inquired from the technician about the glasses that you sell at your office and she told me not to get glasses there because theyre not good and I should get glasses somewhere else. You should re-evaluate your employees.
