Appointment was schedule for 9:30 am. Was told to arrive early to fill out paper work. Got there ar 9:15. Sat in a over crowded lobby that had not been cleaned in ages according to the piles of dust everywhere, for an hour and 15 minutes. After an hour wait I could not take it any longer. I asked when my child would be seen. 15 minutes later I was brought to an exam room where I waited another 40 minutes. Insane. Doctor comes in and the appointment takes literally less than 10 minutes. I waited nearly 2 hours with a upset 6 month old. So biggest flaw was of course their scheduling. There was not an empty seat in their lobby. 20 or so parents and their children. Their entertainment room for children was sincerely sad. Could have atleast gave them some cardboard boxes... Nothing in the facility was clean( pictures attached) Exam rooms are just small boxes with what looks like shower chairs. Random artwork desplayed. Just an overall horrid experience.

The waiting is ridiculous. The office is so loud. They don't have control of the waiting room. The room for the kids is super dirty. You would think that with covid they would sanitize and clean that room.

It’s so comforting, knowing that I am still able to come and see this ophthalmologist who is so amazing Dr. Sam Sato. The offices are clean, welcoming, and the staff are all very inviting
