Excellent doctors! Have been a patient for many years.

I have been at the Ross Clinic for a couple years now & seeing Dr.Everett there.I am very glad I have connected with them.They have helped me through several surgeries & I don't know what I would have done without them!

Doctor Everett did an amazing job on my right eye!! Performed surgery and now no pain and perfect vision!!

I don’t have any photos. Overall I like the Ross Institute. Everyone I have met seems to be knowledgeable in most issues I had to date. Although I like the doctor I see, she really knows her stuff. She puts me in the defensive because she always seems to be in a bad mood. Outside of a doctors office I don’t tolerate people who make me feel the way she does and my reaction to her responses would not be kind. My thoughts are that I need to be seen by someone like her so I reign in the emotions. The Ross Institute is a very beautiful facility and I do like it.

First and upmost,the doctor and staff are always very professional and are willing to listen and answer all questions. I am more than pleases with all the results/ procedures she has performed in order to help me see.

Excellent Doctors and care. Support staff is also very good, professional and friendly. Desk staff, not so friendly but competent.

Why would I go anywhere else? The doctors are excellent and knowledgable. The staff friendly and polite. Your appointment may last little longer than you're used to, however these people are very thorough and leave nothing to be apprehensive about. As far as I'm concerned Ross Eye has the best eye care in WNY.

I trust Dr Everette. Her reputation shines. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I’m pleased and appreciative she is my doctor.

Dr Everett is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She is very busy, but still took the time to answer my questions.

Waiting time was short. Everyone from checking in to doing the testing on my eyes were very professional. They took their time with me and answered all my questions. Dr. Everett was helpful with my treatment which has gone undiagnosed for a year. With her help I hope to heal from this awful dry eye problem that has not gone away. Obviously had me mixed up with another patient. Claimed I was not taking meds. I was never prescribed any meds. When brought to her attention she went into a wild rant and gave me this stupid stare. Then lashed out at tech who had nothing to do with her mistake. Everett obviously needs help.

I've been a patient of Dr Sandra Everett for many,many,years.i don't trust anyone else with my eyes! She has performed cataract surgery on my eyes ,and keeps track of my eyes yearly ..Explains all situations with my eyes in a way that I can understand and always summarizes with me telling me what to do and how well my eye history is progressing.thank you very much Dr Everett

Hey services and and the people were great. Everything went very smoothly. They are professional and organized.

A patient for over 30 years of a very knowlegable, professional, dedicated specialist..Dr. Everett. I have had some serious eye problems but always felt that I was in the very BEST care with Dr. Everett. I recall on 2 occasions (which were holidays) she met me at ECMC on emergency basis. This Dr. goes above and beyond when it comes to her patients. I owe her so much for always taking care of my eyes. Not to mention her assistant Sylvia is top notch..love her!

Dr Everett & Dr Brian were exceptional. Even though the procedure was a bit uncomfortable, I knew i was definitely in good hands.

Dr Everett will get 5 stars. It is the initial folks who get you before the doctor who need to have more ability to do the job properly.

Dr. Everett is very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional and I really appreciate her dedication to my health and well-being. I am fully aware that I am fortunate to be one of her patients. While I understand that this level of expertise requires more time, the only drawback is the super long office visits that I sometimes neglect to plan for. That having been said, I'd never change doctors!
