You may have to wait here. But you will be very glad you did. Dr Everett is the best in Buffalo ( you be best around NY). After 5 other “specialists”, she saved my eye sight. Having a rare disease like Sjorgens isn’t easy for most to diagnose, except for her. Even the tech’s knew more than the other office staff. All around, I am in good hands, when I am here. She takes the time needed with each patient, so when you are waiting, it’s because she cares enough yo ensure you are cared for as if you are the only patient. If you are here waiting. Know this, it’s well worth the wait.

Judge for yourself. After reading several poor reviews I considered finding another Dr. Yet, I had been to all of them already and this was my last chance at an answer. What did I find? A staff The was very patient, as well they listened and understood, and were professional and well trained. The process was organized and thorough; to the point after seeing 3 other specialist, there were tests that I hadn’t been offered as of yet. The additional tests were what finally help to provide an actual diagnosis. The Dr. is very professional, no real chitchat, all business, she spends her and my valuable time on finding out what my diagnosis is. It may be I’m not very sensitive to the needs of a bedside manner, or that I was at my wits end trying to find answers, but this Dr. is extremely knowledgeable in her specialty. Ignore those who complain about waiting or insulted as today I was the hold up. I have an auto immune disease which required special attention and thus was treated with several procedures as was needed. I almost made a huge mistake reading bad reviews. I am old and have respect for everyone and thus say nothing if I cannot say something nice. Today I share my experience so you to can judge for yourself. If you haven’t gotten any answers and other specialists have just kept trying new drops...... Make appointment you will thank yourself for the decision. Neal
