Deeply Disappointed – This Is Not Healthcare Anymore I arrived expecting care, but was denied even a chance to see the doctor simply because my referral was still being faxed. A piece of paper stood between me and basic human attention. That says everything. This office made it clear that patients are no longer people—they're paperwork and profits. No compassion, no effort, no flexibility. Just cold, dismissive treatment from a place that’s supposed to be about healing. Please avoid places like this. When we stop accepting this kind of behavior, we make space for true care and humanity to prevail. I will not return. I’ll take my health and trust somewhere that remembers what medicine is really supposed to be about.

I had to see Dr Yoon at the earliest time possible for an eye infection and I was seen right away. Dr Yoon examined me thoroughly. She addressed not just the infection but she examined my retina and corneas as well. Her staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Waited 2 hours until she the doctor saw me. Horrible experience. Outdated technology in the office and old chairs.

Dr. Yoon is a Fabulous Dr. She explained the problem I’m having with my eye till I understood it. She is very gentle and had a lot of patients with me. I would Strongly recommend this Dr to All.
