I don’t recommend anyone to this clinic. Who ever has the job to answer the phone, schedule, verify and assist customers need to honestly undergo customer service training. They are very impatient and not willing to help above and beyond. Some people have jobs to serve the people but clearly some people have jobs to have financial gain. I was a customer who needed the extra care and concern speaking I was new to the area and insurance protocol. They did not create a great experience as the face of their company. I have over 15 years customer service and I would never handle anyone the way they have handle me. Customers are always right and if you don’t know learn to listen and listen to learn. It goes a long way in customer service.

Dr. Scott is the best & very patient. Whoever the other optometrist is, left me crying walking out. In my opinion with no resolution. She seemed impatient and answered all of my questions like I was ignorant. Even with an appointment, there is always a minimum of an hour wait. Also, I don't believe my prescription is correct. Which is the reason for the visit in the first place. She gave me literally the exact same prescription I told her was giving me headaches and looked at me with a glare like I haven't been wearing glasses since I was 9 years old and should know when my prescription doesn't seem correct. By the way I'm 40 now. I'm never coming back and this isn't the first bad experience I have had at this location. I haven't been here in years and decided to give them another try. But my last visit confirmed why I stopped patronizing this place. Sorry Dr. Scott!! If possible, you should train your optometrist about friendlier interactions. The secretaries are always helpful. Always! Blessings anyway'

My children and I love Dr. Conroy and his staff. Yes it’s busy but what doctors office do you know that isn’t? Sometimes the wait is long and sometimes it isn’t. You never know what may happen on a day to day basis in the medical field, some patients may need the extra time, and he will give that time. If there’s no wait in a medical care facility that’s when you should be concerned. In addition to Dr. Conroy they also have the Eye Mart right next door where you can take your eyeglass prescription and get your glasses the same day. If that’s not good business I don’t know what is. The Eyemart is also great with friendly staff who go above and beyond. Shoutout to Mimi who’s been there 28 years she is awesome!!! She was very kind, friendly and explained everything. She made sure we got the most out of our insurance benefits and paid as little as possible out of pocket. Thank y’all!!!
