Dr. Scott Spector is an ophthalmologist who founded Spector Eye Care in Norwalk, CT, where he has practiced for over 30 years. He completed a glaucoma fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania and built the New Vision Cataract and Laser Surgical Center in Norwalk in 1999. The practice also employs clinical optometrist Renita Sebastin, who completed a residency in vision rehabilitation and ocular disease at the West Haven VA Medical Center.

Dr Spector just did lens replacement with the PanOptix lens and I couldn't be happier. He goes above and beyond with everything, has a great bedside manner and highly skilled. I highly recommend!
