I have been going to the Drs. Silverman since I was a kid and even though I've moved, I continue to drive to them for my yearly eye exams. They are very friendly, provide great service and have a great selection of glasses.

Dr. Silverman was absolutely great and so knowledgable. We are so happy we came across her office!

I am a first time patient and was really surprised at the detailed explanations and time Dr Silverman took. I never had any eye dr (and I've been to a few, due to insurance changes and availability) check my eyelids to see I needed to clean my eyelids. Now I finally know why I sometimes rub them or my eyes burn!! I never gave it a thought that I had "stuff" (not her terms) just above my eyelashes that need to be cleaned before going into my eyes. She also told me my numbers for the puff test. No Dr ever told me the number I had and what the normal range was until now! I also was impressed with how she checks vision. She uses 3 methods. A hi-tech machine, your glasses and the usual flipping thing (you know, how they ask better or worse). Btw, I don't know who answers the phone or greets you but OMG, every time super nice and helpful. This is all a breath of fresh air!

I am a new patient and it was my first time seeing Dr. Silverman. The receptionist was friendly and had me fill out a couple of forms.. you must wear a mask when you go in but if you dont have one dont worry she has one for you. Dr. Silverman was very knowledgable and very detail .. she definitely shows she cares about her patients. She even gave me a call later that afternoon to make sure i didnt forget to give her the information of my contacts. I am so thankful to have her as my eye doctor. I am very satisified overall with the staff and the doctor.

As an ophthalmologist, I was sent a child who complained of a day of bilateral vision loss, worse than 20/400 in each eye. I examined her and she had a normal eye exam; I could not diagnose any medical problems, and I was debating sending the child to the ER for a possible MRI. So I referred her to Dr Sheryl Silverman urgently after hours. Within 5 minutes of seeing the child, Dr Silverman was able to diagnose a non-organic visual loss, which she immediately fixed with a very mild power nearsighted/plano glasses. She has the rare combination of clinical skills and bedside manner, especially with children.

I have been going to Dr. Cheryl Silverman for a while, I absolutely love her! I am so appreciative of everything she has done to help me. She is a great doctor and a wonderful human. However, my issue lies with the one receptionist (starting with an M). I used to never have an issue making an appointment or anything before. She has been rude every time I have talked with her. She often makes me feel as if bothered her when making an appointment and told me they no longer took Care Credit (they do) just because she did not know how to do it. When I call she always asks if I am a new patient multiple times in one conversation. She continually called me as I was at work instead of leaving me a message, I ended up answering her, and was talked to very rudely. She got more annoyed when I said I was currently at work and had to call back later. I feel discouraged in making future appointments and no longer feel as comfortable going there. Every encounter with this girl has been negative and I feel as like changing offices due to this.

I have been a patient for many years. I have a very difficult prescription due to both poor vision and eye muscle issues. Both doctors are knowledgeable, professional and employ the latest technology. They always find time to fit me in for an appointment and try to find the best remedy for my vision issues. Best ever!

Excellent service very friendly and great selections to choose from with a wide variety of options to suit your optical needs. Doctor asked plenty of questions to get to know what I needed out of my glasses, also recommended the blue light protection lenses since I’m always sitting behind a computer to help protect my eyes. Loved every minute of the experience as well as the warm welcome from the receptionist Kimmy she is very helpful and helped me pick out the right frames for my face. They also work with an an array of insurances. Will definitely be visiting again during my yearly check-up.

I have been a patient of Dr Silverman over 15 years. Now we have several family members and friends who see her also. She takes her time with each patient. She explains the process and why she thinks a certain treatment should or shouldn't be done. She works with all ages and helps everyone in any way she can. I learn something new every time i see her. She truly is a master of her craft and that shows in how she treats and works with her patients.

Have been seeing Dr Gerald & Dr Sheryl for almost 30 years, I wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere. Always professional and caring and they put up with my indecisiveness when it comes to picking out frames!

I absolutely had the best experience and treatment at this office. Not only did I feel seen and understood by the doctor, the staff was amazing! Amaya really took the time to help me pick out the perfect frame, she was sweet, professional, and has the most gracious patience I’ve ever seen on a person.
