Conscientious Dr! Great staff!

Terrible customer service in particular one Asian woman that works the front desk. All other woman there have great attitudes and wonderful costumer service. Besides that Dr. Morita Is one of the nicest and professional optometrist I have ever been to.

Dr. Morita is very knowledgeable. He answers all the questions I had. The staff is very good at following up and very polite. Great service!

Quite possibly the most thorough and informative eye exam I have ever experienced. The quality of care and service is exceptional. Very pleased with my eyeglasses.

The staff here is incompetent and can’t even schedule an appointment. I called in and given a day to come in for my exam only to find out they didn’t schedule me. They offered me another day, but I had already been waiting for two weeks and wasn’t about to wait another week. Never going here again.

Dr. Morita is excellent. But his front desk attendants are so disrespectful that I decided to go somewhere else.

I have been visiting Dr. Morita for many years. I switched my husband to his office and My Son and Daughter are also his patients. Dr. Morita and his staff are all great. Very attentive, profesional, caring. This is one of the best optometrist in Santa Clarita. Love their service and expertise.

After reading many reviews for optometrists in the area my wife and I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Shoji Morita. This was my first time getting glasses and I must say this had to have been, hands down, one of the most positive experiences I’ve had working with a business be it a doctors office or otherwise. The eye exam was extremely thorough and doc got my lens prescription absolutely perfect. Throughout the exam the doc was patient and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. My wife even commented that the last time she got glasses the doctor (a different optometrist at a different location) was not nearly as thorough as doctor morita. My wife and I were in a crunch for time and were leaving town he next day. We let the office know this and they were more than happy to work with is and they made our glasses THE SAME DAY! I have now referred my mother and sister in-law who will be booking appointments soon. I will also be taking my kids here next time they need new glasses. 10/10

Staff is friendly but they screwed up my prescription they doctor was never there to sign the prescription anyway so I kept having to go back

It was always a great visit. Dr. Morita is really nice, and takes time to explain the eye conditions and recommendations. I recently moved to a different state, so I can’t visit anymore, but ordering lenses through them was still super easy even from out of state! Katherine and everyone at the front desk is always really helpful and kind. You will be missed - thank you!

This review is about poor costumer service and NOT reflective of Dr Moritas work. I ordered my glasses with my own frames and it took more than 4 weeks for them to be ready. Upon receiving the frames I was given the wrong frames. I'm not happy with this and the lady didn't take any responsability in my case.

Dr. Morita was so kind to do an exam on my twin 2 year olds even though he is not a pediatric optometrist. He then spent some time calling over ten different offices asking if they both took younger than 5 and took our insurance. Thank you, Dr. Morita! I felt very cared for and am sad my kids are not yet old enough to see you. 😊 …
