The front desk staff is very polite and nice and that’s where it seems to end. I was nervous when I went in because I was having a hard time with my eyes with them being pretty uncomfortable and when I’m nervous have a hard time articulating my self and do the best I can. I’ve never seen a Dr. Or the person taking notes on the computer be so blatantly unprofessional and rude. Multiple times the girl taking notes rolled her eyes at me and gave dirty looks when I’d say something trying to explain what I was feeling and was talked down to and belittled by Dr. Franklin. So unprofessional and bad patient care. If a patient comes to you and is worried maybe let’s not treat them like this because if you dismiss, belittle, roll your eyes and something ends up being seriously wrong that’s not going to be good for anyone. Won’t be going back for any eye care needs.

My husband and I went to Dr. Franklin back in December and he was great. We went to him because we wanted to build a relationship with someone who can keep check on our cataracts and be the one to remove them when the time comes. I'm glad we did!

Very thorough and answered all my questions. He understood my concern after my first bout with optic neuritis from MS. The office team also helped me get everything straight with my insurance and made sure it was fixed before I left. Very dedicated!
