Dr. Kirshen was very helpful. He listened and understood the problems I've been having after recent cataract surgery to one eye. He's working with me to find the best solution since each of my eyes have different issues. He even explained an issue from my retinal specialists notes that I did not understand. I just took my parents, who are 90 and 94, and retired from the medical field, for their first visit. He did not rush them, he listened to their semi off topic stories, and he completely addressed their visual needs.
