Very efficient practice. I walked in at 8:30 for a checkup appointment, actually saw the doctor in less than 10 minutes, and was out in about 45 minutes, including the time waiting for the pupil dilation. Dr. Knight will also answer questions and will take a few minutes to talk. They do stay busy and appointments are usually scheduled a month or more out. The only thing I wish they would do differently would be if they made appointments over email. Kinda annoying to exchange phone calls.

I have been a patient of Dr. Knight's for almost a decade, and I can't speak highly enough of his (and his staff's) proffesionalism, courtesy and friendliness. I've never had to wait for more than ten minutes or so during an appointment (and I have several exams a year), and when Dr. Knight has a moment to spare he often takes that moment to explain the intricacies of the tests he's performing and the equipment he's using - fascinating. I've recommended Dr. Knight to a family member (my sister), and I always leave his office knowing my 'baby blues' are in the best possible hands.

The service was standard for a new patient nothing extraordinary however the billing department service needs improvement. They had my mailing address incorrect and I never received a bill or expected a bill with a routine eye exam. I noticed I owed when I went in to reconcile my EOB for another doctor visit. I followed up with my insurance company I why my vision was charged under my medical and they told me that is how they billed the visit and would contact to get it resolved. I could never get anyone on the phone to pay and they do not accept payments electronically in 2022. They admitted to the phone system being down, billing my medical instead of vision and having the incorrect address but insisted I pay fees for their mistakes. That was my first and last visit.
