I called as a new patient and spoke with Brenda, who I could barely hear compared to the recorded message, and I don't have hearing problems. I was calling to inquire about availability and a possible appointment, but she wouldn't give me that info, or even tell me whether they take my insurance. She did want my social security number, though, and without even telling me whether I could come in. It was the weirdest call, and if this is the face of your company, I don't want any part of it.
