The actual Dr. is wonderful, very kind . The ladies are also very kind in the office… however…. I am STILL trying to purchase glasses for my son. First night we sat there forever, I said I would call in the morning and order over the phone. Then I called and they said they couldn’t figure out my insurance but would have a manager call me first thing the next morning. Well no call so I called them around 12:00 and was told oh yes they would call me right back in a few minutes. Still no call over an hour later. I’ve never had to work so hard to spend money.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. I messed up my scheduled time and they called me and helped me get in at another time. Dr Campbell was thorough and answered all my questions clearly.
Very helpful with me picking out new frames!

Honestly the best eye exam I’ve ever had. Very knowledgeable, not rushed. Great for my kids and myself. Dr. Campbell was wonderful! Highly recommend.
